With 10 years of experience as a custom homebuilder prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I have developed an intimate understanding of the industry from both sides of the coin. On the selling side, I've sold over 30 of my own homes to the public. So, I know what it's like to price a property, negotiate a sale and see it through to closing when it's my own money at stake. On the buying side, I've worked with enough clients to intimately know the current thinking regarding offers and negotiation in this climate. I can apply those insights to getting you the best home for your hard earned dollars.
My construction background has also provided me with an extensive network of subcontractors who provide top quality work. So whether you need to make some repairs before placing your home on the market or will need to perform some renovations on your new home, I have you covered.
I pride myself in working with my clients in a very easy-going fashion. I like to keep things light and pressure-free during all phases, except when I'm handling negotiations with the other buyer or seller.
